Amarone Riserva is a wine that interprets the Valpolicella region without altering time or technique. It is produced only during the best vintages employing exclusively those grapes that present a superior complexity. The rigorous selection in the vineyardtries to summarize in a wine the maximum potential of the whole territory of Valpolicella, of both the classical and DOC areas. Amarone Riserva expresses a neat balance between the power of fruit and teh elegance it can achieve thanks to the long aging period in wood, which develops deep and complex tertiary notes.
