Every year Brigaldara produces around 300,000 bottles from the ca. 50 hectares of vineyards.
The company’s mission has always aimed at the production of quality wines that represent its territory.
This philosophy is put into practice by constantly searching for the perfect balance between growth and fruit production in each vineyard, without forcing the plants.
The cellar is structured onto two different levels in order to preserve the peculiarities of our grapes. This enables us to move the wine naturally, using gravity, without exposing it to unhealthy external pressures. Great attention is paid to the fermentation phase, which is spontaneous and tries to guarantee maximum expression to the wine. Refinement is carried out by using both large and small woods, carefully selected to ensure the respect of the bouquet.
